This recognition signifies the Agency’s dedication to meeting the highest national standards in school psychology and Heartland AEA’s exceptional commitment to providing high-quality school psychology services to a diverse range of school districts in Iowa. Notably, Heartland AEA is the first education service agency to receive ESPS recognition.
