A series of videos were developed to help parents understand the purpose of specialized Heartland AEA services such as Early ACCESS, early childhood and special education. The videos were developed in response to a need identified by Heartland AEA’s Parent Advisory Council which is composed of AEA staff and parents of students who receive services provided by the Agency.
